Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

The records must be returned in their original packaging, still sealed in cellophane. We do not accept returns of records whose packaging has been opened or damaged, except in the case of a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund of your purchase amount to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund includes the price of the product as well as the initial delivery costs (excluding express delivery costs if you chose them).

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged record, we offer an exchange for the same item or a full refund. In this case, the return shipping costs are entirely at our expense. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the defective product.
