SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union.

Orders outside of Europe are not accepted at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Pre-orders: For pre-order items, the processing time is 30 business days. Pre-order products are clearly identified in their description. Your order will be shipped as soon as the stock is received.

Shipping Method

We use a standard delivery service for all our shipments. Records are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 business days for all countries in the European Union. These times are indicative and may vary depending on your location and transport conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination country and the weight of your order. The exact amount of the delivery costs will be indicated to you before the final validation of your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. We do not provide a tracking number for standard shipments.

Customs and Taxes (Outside EU)

For European Union countries, no additional customs fees apply. If we extend our deliveries outside the EU in the future, any customs fees and import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the indicated timeframe or if you encounter a problem with your delivery, please contact us at acidcobra@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation.

Lost or Damaged Package

In case of a lost or damaged package during transport, please contact us immediately at acidcobra@gmail.com with photos if the package is damaged. We will examine each situation on a case-by-case basis to find an appropriate solution.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided when placing your order is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
